Cash-in means a customer gives you cash to add money to their wallet. Cash-out means you give cash to a customer who withdraws wallet money.

Reconciliation status

Enter actual cash and wallet balances at the end of your shift to check for differences.

What do the balances mean?

“Cash you should have” is the expected physical cash after your recorded transactions. “Wallet you should have” is the expected electronic balance. Check the real wallet in your authorised provider system.

At the end of your shift, count your cash and check your wallet.
